This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to help you learn.
Account details (email), your profile (target language, native language, level, goals), usage (minutes practiced, sessions, streaks), conversation transcripts, and vocabulary you save. We do not store your card details — payments are handled by our payment partner.
During a conversation, your speech is processed in real time to understand you and generate the tutor's reply. Transcripts are stored so we can show your feedback and progress. You can delete your transcripts and account at any time.
To provide the service, personalize your tutor, track your progress, enforce trial and plan limits, and improve TutoAI. We never sell your personal data.
We rely on trusted providers to run TutoAI: Supabase (database and authentication), real-time voice and AI providers to power conversations, our payment partner for checkout, and Vercel for hosting. They process data only to provide their service to us.
You can access, correct, or delete your data. Your records are protected so that only you can see them. If you have questions or requests, contact support@tuto.site.
TutoAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
